Swap games on your schedule using our reusable mailers with free shipping both ways. There are no late fees, so members can play at their own pace.

We offer a discount price for most rented games to purchase, called a “KEEP”. You'll get the original case and codes with free shipping.

Plans are billed monthly. You can cancel or restart at any time based on your gaming schedule.

GameFly carries Sony PlayStation, Microsoft Xbox and Nintendo Switch games, along with a catalog of older titles as well. We also rent 4K UHD, Blu-ray and DVD movies. All game plans include movies and we offer movie-only plans.

The GameFly free trial allows you to test our 1-Game Plan free for 30 days.

We require valid credit or debit cards for all GameFly memberships.

As a part of registration, a temporary authorization is applied to your card. No funds are taken from your account, and your Bank removes the authorization in 3 to 5 business days or sooner. We do not receive any funds from this process; it is only for fraud prevention.

Once your account is activated, you should begin by adding at least 5 currently released titles to your Q. Some titles will be in high demand and not as readily available, so having a full Q gives us more targets to match against our always rotating inventory.

When your first title ships, you'll receive an email and your Q will update. Your rental should arrive in our reusable mailer within 3-5 business days.

When the trial period ends your card will be automatically billed at the monthly membership rate for our 1-game plan plus any applicable sales tax. You can also upgrade to our 2-Game Plan at any time, additional charges apply.

If you don't want to become a paying GameFly member, please cancel prior to the end of your free trial.

You may cancel your GameFly membership at any time, via your Account settings on our website. If you do cancel, please make sure to promptly return any games or movies you have out to avoid a fee.

Your Q is the heart of your GameFly membership. It is your list of games and movies you want to rent and in what order you prefer them. We'll always try to ship you the highest-ranked, currently released title in your Q. If it's not available, we look lower on your list, to match and ship you a title in the most efficient manner.

When you return a title, we start the same matching process, looking at your top slot and working downward for the fastest match. Please make sure to always keep at least 5 currently released titles in your Q. This allows us to send you another title without delay.

Prioritize your "My Queue" list with the titles you want most at the top. You can reorder your Q at any time as well as add and remove titles as you wish. We do recommend keeping your Q full with currently released and coming soon titles. This lets us known how interested you are by measuring how long it’s been in your Q.

GameLock is our guaranteed new release reservation system. GameLock allows all Standard and Elite plans the ability to guarantee an upcoming, new release game.

When you GameLock a title, we promise to ship that game to you on release day.

Titles are available to be"Locked" 30 days prior to release for Standard (All-Access) Game Plans, or 7 days for Elite plans.
